ENNクリーンエネルギー・バリューチェーンがLNG2019で大々的にデビュー

同展示会で必要最小限度の半透明のブースデザインを使用するENNは、業界イノベーションとアップグレードを推進するため、クリーンエネルギー開発の未来と、世界規模のパートナーシップ活用のビジョンを展示した。

今回の展示会で、ENN Groupのチャン・イエシェン最高経営責任者（CEO）はChevron、Santos、CNOOC、Shenergy GroupなどのENNパートナーのブースを訪問し、管理チームと突っ込んだ意見交換を行った。Santosのケビン・ギャラガーCEOはENNのブースを訪問した。Santosはアジア太平洋地域およびオーストラリア向けの石油・ガスの独立系サプライヤーである。ENNはENN Ecological Holdingsを通じた戦略投資によってSantosの最大株主になった。

ENNのチャン・イエシェンCEOは4月4日、LNG2019フォーラムで基調講演を行った。同氏は「中国で急伸するLNG需要は『石炭から石油へ』政策、良質な工業開発の要求、さらに青空、きれいな水、きれいな土壌を守る行動を求める声などによって促進されている。将来、長い年月の間、中国は世界最高のLNG成長の市場となる」と語った。

LNG輸入への依存を高める中国について、チャン・イエシェンCEOはチョウシャンLNG受入ターミナルが今後もLNG受入、貯蔵、経由、LNG船荷の機能を整備し、寧波、洋山、温州、ルドンのLNG受入ターミナルと連携し、長江デルタと中国東部全体にサービスを提供するLNG海上輸送ネットワークを形成していくと語った。同CEOは「中国は世界のLNG開発の中心であり、チョウシャンLNG受入ターミナルは世界資源と中国市場をつなぐ重要な役割を果たすことになる」と語った。

2018年10月、中国の民間企業が投資、運営する最初の大規模LNG受入ターミナルでもあるENNチョウシャンLNG受入ターミナルの第1段階プロジェクトは完成し、操業を開始し、年間LNG処理能力は最大300万トンである。第2段階プロジェクトも開始され、年間LNG処理能力は短期的には500万トン、長期的には1000万トンになるとみられている。

チャン・イエシェンCEOは「われわれは、北東アジア市場全体を反映するLNG物価指数であるZhoushan Indexを徐々に作成していく。これは、当社のLNG海上輸送ネットワークと既存のチョウシャンLNG取引市場、上海および重慶のLNG取引センターによって可能になり、政策、地理的な位置、資源、業界チェーンにおける当社の優位性がフルに発揮される」と語った。

International Gas Union（IGU）、Gas Technology Institute（GTI）、International Institute of Refrigeration（IIR）が開催したInternational Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gasは、同業界が業界のために運営する唯一のLNGイベントである。バリューチェーン全体をカバーするテーマは「The Olympics of the LNG industry（LNG業界のオリンピック）」と呼ばれている。LNGイベントシリーズは1986年に始まり、3年に1回、LNG輸入・輸出国が主催してきた。今回は中国が開催した初のイベントであり、LNG2019は中国でこれまでに開催された中で最大のLNGイベントである。

Using a minimalist and translucent booth design at the exhibition, ENN depicts

During the exhibition, Zhang Yesheng, CEO of ENN Group visited the booths of

On April 4th, ENN CEO Zhang Yesheng delivered a keynote speech at LNG2019

forum. "The fast growing LNG demand in China is consistently driven by the

'coal to gas' policy, the requirement for quality industrial development and

the call for actions to protect blue sky, clear water and clean soil," he said.

"For a long period of time in the future, China will be the market with the

highest LNG growth in the world."

Regarding the increasing reliance of China on LNG imports, Zhang Yesheng

responded that the Zhoushan LNG receiving terminal would continually build up

its capability of LNG receiving, storage, diversion and LNG bunkering, and

align with LNG receiving terminals in Ningbo, Yangshan, Wenzhou and Rudong to

form a LNG marine transport network serving the Yangtze River Delta and even

the entire east China region. "China is at the center of global LNG development,

and Zhoushan LNG receiving terminal will play an important role to link up

the global resources with the Chinese market".

In October 2018, the Phase I project of ENN Zhoushan LNG Receiving Terminal,

also the first large-scale LNG receiving terminal invested and operated by a

private corporation in China, was completed and put into operation, with annual

LNG throughput up to three million tonnes. The Phase II project has commenced

and is expected to deliver annual LNG throughput of five million tonnes in the

short-term and ten million tonnes in the future.

"We will gradually develop the Zhoushan Index, an LNG price index that can

reflect the entire northeast Asia market. This will be made possible by our LNG

marine transport network and the existing Zhoushan LNG trading market, Shanghai

and Chongqing LNG trading centers, and by giving full play to our advantages in

policies, geographical location, resources and industry chain", Zhang Yesheng noted.

The International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas, presented

by the International Gas Union (IGU), Gas Technology Institute (GTI) and the

International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR), is the only LNG event conducted

by the industry for the industry. With themes covering the entire value chain,

it is called "The Olympics of the LNG industry". The LNG series of events

started in 1968 and have been hosted by LNG importer and exporter countries in

turn for every three years. It is the first time for this event to be hosted by China,

and the 2019 LNG is the biggest LNG event ever held in China.

ENN takes LNG2019 as an opportunity to showcase its strategic layout and
