Agrinosが新たな取締役会会長を発表

【オスロ（ノルウェー）2019年7月10日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】Agrinos取締役会はラジ・カウル（Raj Kaul）氏が取締役会会長にこのほど任命されたと発表した。この人事はノルウェー・オスロで6月18日に開かれた年次株主総会で承認された。

退任するフレデリック・ド・ステクセ（Frederic de Stexhe）会長は「Agrinosが新しい市場を開拓し、世界中で売り上げを生み出す中、ラジ（カウル氏）は、同社の成長と商業的拡大の次の段階をサポートするのに必要な経験と経歴を持っている」と語った。

カウル氏は、欧州とインドで活動するビジネス＆アドバイザリー・コンサルティング企業であるRK Associatesのマネジング・パートナーである。同氏は30年以上にわたる経営一般および合併・買収の分野での経験により、過去にバイエルで主導的な役割を果たし、現在は世界各地の農薬化学・技術企業数社で取締役を務めている。

Agrinos取締役会はフレデリック・ド・ステクセ氏が2018年1月から会長代理を務めてきたことに心から感謝する。ド・ステクセ氏は2017年に取締役会に加わった。今後も引き続き取締役を務める。

The Board of Agrinos is pleased to announce that Raj Kaul has been appointed

Chairman of its Board of Directors. His appointment on the board was approved

by shareholders at the June 18 Annual General Assembly meeting in Oslo, Norway.

Mr. Kaul is the managing partner of RK Associates, a business and advisory

experience in general management as well as mergers and acquisitions, he

previously held leadership roles with Bayer AG and currently serves on the boards of

several agriculture chemical and technology companies based around the globe.
