中国の呂梁がコークス産業の高品質なクラスタリング開発への道を探求

【呂梁（中国）2019年7月15日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】中国山西省孝義市で13日に開かれた呂梁市人民政府主催のThe Second Belt and Road Seminar on Green Development of Coal Coking Industry（第2回石炭コークス産業の環境保護開発に関する一帯一路セミナー）によると、中国の重要なコークス基地である呂梁市はそのコークス産業を、同市の主軸産業への新たな道である高品質のクラスタリング開発へ向けて推進している。

セミナーで発表された報告によると、呂梁市のコークス生産は山西省の全生産の約25％を占めている。2018年末までに、同市のコークス企業の数は19に減り、そのコークス生産能力は全体で4745万トンだ。同市のコークス企業は全て環境保護のための特別排出制限基準に適合している。

クラスタリング開発と厳格な環境保護管理を確保するために努力しつつ、呂梁市は3つの1000万トンの石炭化学基地と1つの500万トン基地を建設した。その基地の一つである孝義石炭化学工業団地は今までのところ90以上の企業の本拠地であり、年間の総生産価値202億7300万元を生み出している。

ワン・リーウェイ呂梁市長は、呂梁は高品質製品へ向けて石炭コークス産業を拡大し続け、470億元の総投資で19の近代的な粉炭化学産業プロジェクトを実行し、500億元の近代的石炭化学産業クラスターを建設するためにまい進すると述べた。

China's Lvliang explores path for high-quality, clustering development of coking industry

Lvliang, an important coking base of China in Shanxi Province has been pushing

forward its coking industry towards high-quality and clustering development, a

new path for its pillar industry, according to the Second Belt and Road Seminar

on Green Development of Coal Coking Industry, organized by The People's

Government of Lvliang City and held on Saturday in Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province.

A report released at the seminar shows that coke output in Lvliang City

accounts for about 25 percent of the total output of Shanxi Province. By the

end of 2018, the number of coking enterprises in the city had decreased to 19,

with the coke production capacity totaling 47.45 million tons. The coking

enterprises in the city have all met the special emission limit standards for

environmental protection.

In an effort to ensure the clustering development and strict environmental

protection control, Lvliang has built three 10 million-ton coal chemical bases

and one 5 million-ton base. Xiaoyi Coal Chemical Industry Park, as one of the

bases, has so far been home to more than 90 enterprises, generating a total

output value of 20.273 billion yuan a year.

Wang Liwei, Mayor of Lvliang City, said that Lvliang will continue to extend

the coal-coking industry towards high-end production, carry out 19 modern fine

coal chemical industry projects with a total investment of 47 billion yuan, and

strive to build a 50 billion-yuan modern coal chemical industry cluster.
