三亜は中国初の言語バリアフリー国際都市を目指す

【三亜（中国）2019年7月17日新華社＝共同通信JBN】三亜は2019年7月14日、Work Program on Sanya Barrier-free International City Construction（三亜バリアフリー国際都市建設に関する作業プログラム）を発表、公共スペースでの多言語サイネージ（表示）システム、外国語サービスの24時間ホットライン、多言語観光サービスシステム、外国人向けのインテリジェント通訳ターミナルおよびサービスセンターなど中国における言語バリアフリー国際都市の建設を主導している。三亜市人民政府によると、三亜は3つの異なる段階と、表示システム建設、サービスネットワーク建設、多言語通訳サービスおよび多言語情報システムの4つの側面での建設遂行を促進するため、政府計画、企業投資と建設、および段階的な調達の建設モデルを採用する予定だ。

三亜は、観光消費、政府業務、公共サービス、ビジネス活動などさまざまな外国関連のアプリケーションシナリオを統合する。さらに三亜は、オープンで共有の国際的言語サービスシステムを構築し、外国サービスセンター、入国管理サービスセンター、観光情報相談センター、観光サービスセンター、および自治体のサービスセンターを組み合わせて、便利でインテリジェントで人間的なサービスプラットフォームを創出する。同時に、三亜市はまた、新しいテクノロジーとフォーマットを組み合わせて、ARリアルタイム画像翻訳や人工知能による同時通訳などの徹底したサービスを探求し、全天候型で、マルチドメインで、多言語のプロフェッショナルな通訳サービスを外国人に提供していく。

さらに三亜は、市場の役割を十分に発揮させ、ホテル、観光地、ショッピングモール、レストラン、その他の観光企業を指導して、バリアフリー国際都市の建設に参加させ、三亜観光の国際的な発展を促進する。近い将来、三亜の観光、仕事、生活、ビジネスの投資環境はより快適で、便利で、効率的になるだろう。

Sanya aims to be China's 1st language barrier-free int'l city

On the July 14th, 2019, Sanya released Work Program on Sanya Barrier-free

International City Construction, taking the lead in building a language barrier-free

international city in China, for examples, public space multilingual signage system,

24-hour hotline for foreign language service, multilingual tourism service system,

intelligent translation terminal and service center for foreigners.

According to Sanya Municipal People's Government, Sanya will adopt the construction

model of government planning, enterprise investment and construction,

and phased procurement to promote the implementation of the construction in three different

stages and four aspects: sign system construction, service network construction,

multilingual translation service and information system.

Sanya will integrate various foreign-related application scenarios, including

tourism consumption, government affairs, public services, and business

activities. Besides, it will establish an open and shared international

language service system, combining foreign service centers, immigration service

centers, tourism information consultation centers, tourist service centers and

municipal service center to create a convenient, intelligent and humanistic

service platform, in the same time, the city will also combine new technologies

and formats to explore in-depth services such as AR real-time image translation

and simultaneous interpretation of artificial intelligence, providing the all-weather,

multi-domain and multi-lingual professional translation services for foreigners.

In addition, Sanya will give full play to the role of the market and actively

guide hotels, scenic spots, shopping malls, restaurants and other tourism

companies to participate in the construction of barrier-free international city

construction and promote the international development of Sanya tourism.

In the near future, tourism, work, life and business investment environment

in Sanya will be more comfortable, convenient and efficient.
