環境面の健康と安全、オペレーショナルリスク、プロダクト・スチュワードシップに重点を置いたIntegrated Risk Management（総合リスク管理）ソフトウエアおよび情報サービスの世界的プロバイダーSpheraは、コーポレート・サスティナビリティーとプロダクト・スチュワードシップが専門でドイツのシュツットガルトに本社を置くソフトウエアとコンサルティングの企業であるthinkstepを買収する契約をこのほど締結したと発表した。この契約は合併・買収に関する通常のドイツ規制当局の承認を待っている状態である。

announces it has entered into an agreement to acquire thinkstep, a Stuttgart,

Germany-based software and consulting services company that specializes in

Corporate Sustainability and Product Stewardship. The deal is pending customary

German regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions.
