Luhua Groupが中国のトップシェフを招集し、「Luhua一家の夕食会」を開始

【瀋陽（中国）2019年8月28日新華社＝共同通信JBN】2019年「Luhua Cup」中華料理世界選手権が2019年8月21 - 24日、大連の金石灘国家観光リゾートで開催された。Shandong Luhua Groupはこの選手権の間に、中国の味を伝える新たな道しるべである「中国の味わい － Luhua一家の夕食会」を開始した。

Luhua Groupは「中国の味」の継承者として、「Luhua一家の夕食会」を発表するために7人の中国人トップシェフを招待した。一家の夕食会は一般的な夕食とは異なる。それは血のつながった親族と親友との仲むつまじい会合である。

「中国の味わい － Luhua一家の夕食会」は10品の料理構成で、四川、広東、山東、遼の美食の7人の料理名人が共同で開発したものだ。中華料理協会の殿堂入りした偉大な名人であるチェン・ジンチァン名人と河南無形文化遺産であるユ料理の継承者代表は、チェン名人の代表作である魚の醤油蒸しを「Luhua一家の夕食会」に供した。Luhuaの高濃度オレイン酸落花生油と「ナチュラルフレッシュ」な醤油を活用し、ネギ、パプリカ、ショウガスライス、落花生もやし、牛肉が広東料理名人のホァン・シーフェン名人の指揮のもと、コンロの炎に舞った。夕食会のために、ホァン名人は牛肉を落花生もやしとともに素早く炒め、調理した。

中国食品文化の「色彩、香り、味わい」を確実にするため、Luhua Groupは2019年「Luhua Cup」中華料理世界選手権に「5Sの圧搾・第1級落花生油」と他の食用油製品を提供した。また、同選手権の期間を通し、自然で新鮮なソース香味料、黒もち米のワインビネガー、新鮮なオイスターソース、ナチュラルスパイスなど、高級調味料一式も提供した。中華料理協会によると、Luhuaは優れた品質の食材を今回の国際的にトップの料理選手権に提供することに成功し、世界の目に「中国の味わい」をプロモートすることに大きく貢献した。

Top Chinese chefs were gathered by Luhua Group, launching "Luhua Family Banquet"

The 2019 "Luhua Cup" Chinese Cuisine World Championship Tournament was held at

the Golden Stone Beach National Tourist Resort in Dalian, from Aug. 21st to

24th, 2019. Shandong Luhua Group launched the "Chinese Flavor - Luhua Family

Banquet" during the competition, which is a new milestone for Luhua to convey

Chinese flavor.

As an inheritor of "Chinese taste", Luhua Group invited seven top Chinese chefs

to bring out "Luhua Family Banquet". Family banquet is different from the

general dinner, which is a harmonious gathering for blood relatives and

intimate friends.

"Chinese Flavor - Luhua Family Banquet" consists of 10 dishes, which is jointly

developed by 7 culinary masters of Sichuan, Guangdong, Shandong and Liao

cuisines. Master Chen Jinchang, the great master of Chinese Cuisine Association

Hall of Fame and the representative inheritor of Henan intangible cultural

heritage Yu cuisuine, brought his signature dish Chen's braised fish in soy

sauce for the "Luhua Family Banquet". With the help of Luhua high oleic acid

peanut oil and "natural fresh" soy sauce, spring Onions, bell peppers, ginger

slices, peanut sprouts and beef were dancing in the flames of the stove under

the conduct of Huang shifeng, the master of Guangdong cuisine. Master Huang

cooked this beef stir-fried with peanut sprouts for the banquet.

In order to ensure the "color, aroma and taste" of Chinese food culture, Luhua
