【北京2019年11月8日新華社＝共同通信JBN】中国東部の上海での第2回中国国際輸入博覧会（China International Import Expo、CIIE）の期間中の7日に開催されたHidden Champions Development Summit（隠れたチャンピオン開発サミット）によると、中国は小・中規模企業（SMEs）の開発を推進するため、より多くの隠れたチャンピオン企業を育成しようと努めている。

国家市場監督管理総局（SAMR）のガン・リン副局長は同サミットで、中国は開発モデルを変革し、経済構造を最適化し、成長の推進力を転換するという重要な時期にあり、より多くの隠れたチャンピオン企業を育成することは同国にとって重要な現実的意義がある、と語った。

ドイツのSME経営専門家ハーマン・サイモン氏が作り出したコンセプト「Hidden Champions（隠れたチャンピオン）」は、世界の指導的地位を獲得している特定の部門や業界の企業のことを指している。

サイモン氏は、中国の隠れたチャンピオン企業はまだ始まったばかりだが、それらの開発の勢いは豊富な資本支援のおかげで、特にR&D（研究・開発）の分野で急速であると述べた。

新華社の劉正栄副社長は、「隠れたチャンピオン企業」は新たな成長の推進力を育成し、高品質の経済開発を達成する上で非常に重要な役割を果たすと指摘した。

SAMR品質開発局の責任者であるフアン・グオリアン氏は、中国の経済成長は急速な成長から高品質の開発に移行しており、これは世界の隠れたチャンピオンの成長に新たな刺激を注入するのに役立つと述べ、さらに、中国の巨大な国内需要は世界的な隠れたチャンピオンの開発のために広範な市場を提供し、高品質の工業資源もまた隠れたチャンピオンにとって絶好の機会を創り出すと付け加えた。

同フォーラムでは、中国の隠れたチャンピオン企業を探すというプログラムが新華社の中国経済情報社（CEIS）とSAMRのDevelopment Research Center（開発研究センター）によって合同で立ち上げられた。これは、組織的研究、企業探求、特性調査、徹底的調査、標準設定などを通じ、隠れたチャンピオン企業の開発と成長を支援することが目的である。

同サミットは、CEISおよびSAMRのDevelopment Research Centerによって合同で開催された。

China has sought to nurture more hidden champion enterprises in a bid to push

forward the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), according

to the Hidden Champions Development Summit held on Thursday during the second

China International Import Expo (CIIE) in east China's Shanghai.

As China is at the critical period of transforming the development model,

optimizing the economic structure, and shifting the growth drivers, it has

significant realistic meanings for the country to foster more hidden champion

enterprises, said Gan Lin, deputy chief of the State Administration for Market

Regulation (SAMR) at the summit.

"Hidden Champions", a concept coined by Hermann Simon,

a German SME management specialist,refers to those in a certain

subdivision or industry that achieve the world's leading position.

Hermann noted that although China's hidden champion enterprises are still in

their infancy, their development momentum is rapid, especially in the field of

R&D, thanks to abundant capital supports.

Liu Zhengrong, vice president of Xinhua News Agency, pointed out that hidden

champion enterprises play a very important role in cultivating new growth

drivers and achieving high-quality economic development.

China's economic growth has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality

development, which helps inject fresh impetus into the growth of global hidden

champions, said Huang Guoliang, head of Quality Development Bureau of the SAMR,

adding that China's huge domestic demand provides a broad market for the

development of global hidden champions, and premium industrial resources also

create a rare opportunity for hidden champions.

At the forum, a program of looking for hidden champion enterprises in China was

launched jointly by the China Economic Information Service (CEIS) of Xinhua

News Agency and the Development Research Center of the SAMR, with the aim to

support development and growth of the hidden champion enterprises through

systematic research, search for enterprises, exploration of traits, in-depth

exploration, standard setting, etc.

The summit was held jointly by the CEIS and the Development Research Center of the SAMR.
