【江門（中国）2019年11月15日新華社=共同通信JBN】広東省江門市は11月13日から15日まで、Guangdong Zhuxi International Conference & Exhibition CenterでOverseas Chinese Cultural Exchange and Cooperation（華僑華人文化交流・協力）とGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Cultural Creativity Development Conference（広東・香港・マカオ青年文化創造発展会議）を開催した。1000人以上の華僑華人と若者が参加した。文明間の交流と相互学習を通じて、異なる国の間の人と人の絆が強化された。同会議は、世界が中国文化を理解するのに役立つ重要なプラットフォームとして機能した。

広東省珠江デルタ西岸の都心部に位置する江門市は、広東・仏山大都市圏と深セン・香港経済圏から約100 km離れている。広東・香港・マカオ大湾区の重要な結節都市である。

大湾区の9都市の中で、江門は最も多くの華僑華人の故郷であり、これがこの都市の特徴である。海を渡った華僑華人の歴史は、唐や宋の時代にまで遡ることができる。華僑華人、香港、マカオ、台湾の住民400万人以上が元々は江門出身で、現在は世界107の国と地域に住んでいる。このため、江門には大湾区建設において固有の優位性がある。江門は、香港とマカオの開発ニーズを自らの優位性と結び付け、大湾区の内部協力の緊密化と開発を通じて、大湾区のワールドクラスの都市クラスター建設にその特徴を刻むだろう。

劉毅・江門市長は開会の挨拶で、広東・香港・マカオ大湾区の開発計画概要を見れば「江門が、華僑華人のための重要な文化交流・協力プラットフォームを開発するよう奨励されている」のは明らかだと述べた。この会議は、国家から与えられた新たな立ち位置と新たな使命を遂行するための重要な一歩だった。

同会議の開会式で、「Important Cultural Exchange and Cooperation Platform for Overseas Chinese（華僑華人のための重要な文化交流・協力プラットフォーム）」が正式に発足した。総額647億元を投資する12の文化・観光プロジェクトが現場で署名された。同時に、広東・香港・マカオ大湾区の若者が様々な形式の研修、交流、共有を通じて創り出す文化創造ブランドのハイランド構築のために、同大湾区の若者向けの文化創造拠点が正式に発表された。会議期間中には、Belt and Road International Forum for Cultural Heritage Cooperation and Exchange (2019-Jiangmen) & Handcrafts Fairs（文化遺産協力と交流のための一帯一路国際フォーラム（2019-江門）・ハンドクラフトフェア）、Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Cultural Creativity and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference（広東・香港・マカオ青年文化創造・起業家精神・イノベーション会議）、Culture and Tourism in China (Jiangmen) Cultural Tourism Industry Development Forum（中国の文化・観光（江門）文化観光産業開発フォーラム）、グループ訪問、テーマ別のイブニングガラが開催された。「華僑華人の都」の文化的魅力は、世界との対話とコミュニケーションを通して強調されるだろう。

さらに江門市は、「Cultural Greater Bay Area, Colorful Overseas Chinese Capital（文化的大湾区、華麗な華僑華人の都）」をテーマに、11月に「2019 China (Jiangmen) Overseas Chinese Carnival（2019中国（江門）華僑華人の祭典）」を開催する。江門特有の「華僑華人都市の記憶」を強調するため、10の一連の活動が開始される。この祭典は、江門の重要な「華僑華人文化」ブランドプロジェクトで、7年連続で開催され、成功を収めてきた。今年は、深センと江門の協力、文化交流と相互学習、交流とコミュニケーションを通じた華僑華人の絆の強化のための市を挙げた市民交流の3つのテーマに重点が置かれる。

From November 13 to 15, Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province held the Overseas

Chinese Cultural Exchange and Cooperation and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao

Youth Cultural Creativity Development Conference at the Guangdong Zhuxi

International Conference & Exhibition Center. More than 1,000 overseas Chinese

and youths participated. Through exchange and mutual learning among civilizations,

people-to-people ties between different countries grew stronger. The Conference served

as a significant platform to help the world understand the Chinese culture.

Jiangmen City, located in the urban center on the west bank of the Pearl River Delta

in Guangdong Province, is about 100 kilometers away from the Guangdong-Foshan

metropolitan area and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong economic circle.

It is a vital node city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Among the nine cities in the Greater Bay Area, Jiangmen is home to the largest number of

overseas Chinese, which is the defining feature of the city. The history of overseas Chinese

sailing across the ocean can be traced back to the Tang and Song Dynasties. Today, more than

4 million overseas Chinese and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are originally from

Jiangmen and they live in 107 countries and regions across the world, with this,

Jiangmen boasts unique advantage in the construction of Greater Bay Area.

Jiangmen will leave its hallmark in the building of a world-class city cluster in

the Greater Bay Area via integration of Hong Kong and Macao's development needs with

its own advantages and closer internal cooperation and development of the Area.

Liu Yi, Mayor of Jiangmen City, said in his opening speech that the Outline Development

Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area made it clear that

"Jiangmen is encouraged to develop an important cultural exchange and cooperation

platform for overseas Chinese". This Conference was an important step in the fulfillment

of the new positioning and new mission endowed by the country.

At the opening ceremony of the Conference, the Important Cultural Exchange and

Cooperation Platform for Overseas Chinese was officially launched. 12 culture and tourism

projects were signed on site with a total investment of 64.7 billion yuan. At the same time,

the Cultural Creativity Base for Youths from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay

Area was officially unveiled to build a highland of cultural creativity brands created by young

people in the Greater Bay Area via various forms of training, exchange and sharing.

During the Conference, The Belt and Road International Forum for Cultural Heritage

Cooperation and Exchange (2019-Jiangmen) & Handcrafts Fairs, Guangdong-Hong

Kong-Macao Youth Cultural Creativity and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference,

Culture and Tourism in China (Jiangmen) Cultural Tourism Industry Development Forum,

group visits as well as themed evening galas were held. The cultural charm of "Capital of

Overseas Chinese" will be highlighted through the dialogue and communication with the world.

In addition, Jiangmen will hold the "2019 China (Jiangmen) Overseas Chinese Carnival"

in November with the theme of "Cultural Greater Bay Area, Colorful Overseas Chinese Capital".

A series of 10 activities will be launched to highlight the unique "overseas Chinese city memory"

of Jiangmen. The Carnival is an significant "overseas Chinese culture" brand project of Jiangmen

and has been successfully held for seven consecutive years. This year will stress on

three features including Shenzhen and Jiangmen cooperation, cultural exchange and

mutual learning, and city-wide citizen interaction to strengthen the bond of overseas

Chinese via exchange and communication.
