安徽省・霍山：「天然酸素バー」が環境を豊かにする道を促進

【合肥（中国）2020年1月20日新華社＝共同通信JBN】安徽省の西部に位置する霍山県は大別山地の奥地にあり、淮河の最初の支流の水源地でもある。標高1777メートルの白馬尖は大別山地の最高峰で、仏子嶺水庫と共にこの地域に位置している。比類のない自然環境が育む霍山デンドロビウム、黄色霍山県蕾、その他の地理的表示は全国で有名だ。

霍山県は長年にわたり、環境保護に大きな重点を置き、「汚染のない霍山の開発には金と銀の丘、そしてきれいな水の両方が必要」といった環境保護開発の中核概念にこだわってきた。

2011年、霍山では「環境の県」となることが開発戦略の最優先となり、霍山は環境保護の責任を厳密に実行し、「森林体系」と「河川体系」を積極的に推進し、産業構造の転換とアップグレードを効果的に促進した。霍山は中西部初の国家環境県の名誉ある称号を得たことにも言及すべきだろう。そこは高品質の優れた水源があり、国家文明県で、レジャー農業と農村観光の国家実証県であり、国家的な健康で住みやすい県である。2017年、霍山は中国の天然酸素バーの第2番目のグループになった。

このほど、霍山県はこの優れた生態環境と資源の優位性に支えられ、その主要目標として「開発」と「人々の暮らし」を掲げた。同県は「中国の天然酸素バー」としての無限の可能性を余すところなく解き放ち、世界的な観光を積極的に促進し、最初の国家グローバル観光実証区となることに成功した。それに加え、霍山は保健産業を中国の伝統医薬品ならびにスポーツ、林業と深く統合することに注力し、エコ保健、伝統的な中国医薬品による保健、スポーツによる保健といった保健産業の多岐にわたる発展パターンの初期段階を形成した。

Huoshan county is located in the west of Anhui province, the hinterland of Dabie mountains,

and the source of the first tributary of Huaihe river. "Baimajian", the highest peak of Dabie

mountain with an elevation of 1777 meters and the Foziling Reservoir are both located in

this territory. The exceptional natural environment rises the Huoshan dendrobium, Huoshan

yellow bud and other geographical indications, which are renowned nationwide.

Over the years, Huoshan County has attached great importance to the ecological

environment protection and has adhered to the core concept of ecological protection

development, such as "Both need golden, silver hills and clean water, development

in Huoshan without pollution".

In 2011, the "ecological county" was given as the top priority of the development strategy,

Huoshan strictly implemented the responsibility of environmental protection, carried forward

the "forest system" and "river system"vigorously, and effectively promoted transformation

and upgrade of the industrial structure. It is worth mentioning that Huoshan has successively

won the honorary titles of the first national ecological county in the Midwest, excellent water

source with high quality, national civilized county, the national demonstration county for leisure

agriculture and rural tourism, national health and livable County. And in 2017, it successfully

established the second batch of natural oxygen bar counties in China.

Recently, based on the advantages of excellent ecological environment and resources,

Huoshan County has taken "development" and "people's livelihood" as its main goal.

It has fully released the unlimited potential of "China's natural oxygen bar", vigorously

promoted global tourism and successfully established the first batch of national global

tourism demonstration zones. In addition, Huoshan has actively promoted the deep
