◎VWRがSovereign Groupを買収　　中南米事業強化

【ラドナー（米ペンシルベニア州）12日PRN=共同JBN】実験室用品とサービスの販売で世界をリードするVWR International, LLCは12日、ブラジルとアルゼンチンに流通センターと販売組織を持つ実験室用品の販売企業であるSovereign Groupを買収したと発表した。

Sovereignの買収はブラジル、アルゼンチンへの地理的足跡を広げるとともに中南米でのバイオテクノロジー、製薬、教育、政府関係市場部門への影響力を強化することになり、VWRの業務の広がりを著しく高めることになる。

services, announced today the acquisition of Sovereign Group, a distributor of
