ウィン・マカオにマカオ特別行政区がコタイ地区開発を正式認可

2012年5月7日マカオ　/PRニュースワイヤ・アジア/-- Wynn Resorts, Limited（以下「ウィン・リゾーツ社」、ナスダック：WYNN）は本日、ウィン・マカオのコタイ地区開発利権契約がマカオ政府より正式認可されたことを発表しました。これにより約20万平米の敷地にウィンが鍬入れする準備が整いました。

ウィン・リゾーツ社の会長兼CEO、スティーブン・A・ウィン氏は本日マカオにおいて「当社は、コミュニティーの素晴らしい現代史の中に名前を残すという、名誉な機会を与えていただきました」と声明を発表しました。

「コタイ地区の不動産の正式な引渡しを受け、建設のフェーズが始まります。これは後にも先にも、ウィン・リゾーツ社の歴史の中で最も重要なプロジェクトとなるでしょう」

本日マカオ特別行政区は官報で、ウィン・マカオに対するコタイ地区土地利権契約を正式認可したことを発表しました。今回の政府による認可は、想像力に富んだ他に例を見ないリゾート経験をコタイで実現するというウィンの取り組みと、マカオの変革への同社の貢献に対する確信の表れでもあります。

Wynn Macau Receives Formal Gazette Approval for Cotai Development from Macau SAR Government

Wynn Resorts, Limited (Nasdaq: WYNN) announced today that Wynn Macau's Cotai

land concession contract has been officially approved by the Macau government,

paving the way for Wynn to break ground on the 51-acre site.

In Macau today Stephen A. Wynn, Chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts made the

following statement, "Our Company has enjoyed the privilege of being included

in the remarkable modern history of our community.

"The official transfer of real estate in Cotai makes possible the commencement

of the construction phase, of what will be the single most important project in

the history of Wynn Resorts.

"We are mindful of our responsibilities to the citizens and government of Macau

and we will remain consistent to the history of our organization by bringing to

life a hotel resort in Cotai that will mark a new standard of elegance in the

world.

The Macau Special Administrative Region's Official Gazette published its formal

approval of the Cotai land concession for Wynn Macau today. The government's

approval represents a vote of confidence in Wynn's efforts to create an

imaginative and exceptional resort experience on Cotai, and its ongoing

contribution to the transformation of Macau.
