Hotel Okura and JAL Hotels Launch New Loyalty Program for their hotel groups "One Harmony" on April 1

- Reward Programs Enhanced, Affiliate Hotels Increased to Encourage More Frequent Use -

Hotel Okura Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HOC) and JAL Hotels Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JHC) started on April 1 (Monday), 2013, "One Harmony," a new Loyalty program combining  reward programs and benefits  offered at hotels and affiliated hotels in Japan and abroad operated by Okura Hotels & Resorts (hereinafter referred to as OHR), Nikko Hotels International (hereinafter referred to as NHI) and Hotels JAL City (hereafter referred to as HJC).

1. Hotel Rewards and Benefits Significantly Enhanced at Home and Abroad

The new membership program "One Harmony" extends rewards and benefits to OHR, NHI and HJC hotels, totaling 74 (50 in Japan and 24 in Asia, Europe and the Americas). In China, including Taiwan, the new program is available at 12 hotels -- Jinlun Hotel Nikko (Beijing), Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai, Hotel Nikko Shanghai, Hotel Nikko Dalian, Hotel Nikko Tianjin, Qingshan Hotel(Suzhou), Hotel Nikko Xiamen, Hotel Nikko Wuxi, Hotel Nikko Hong Kong, Hotel Okura Macau, The Okura Prestige Taipei, and Hotel Royal Taipei.

2. "One Harmony" Points Add Up on Each and Every Use

"One Harmony" offers a reward program that adds points in proportion to the amount paid. Members will earn 20 points for every CNY80 paid for a room and 10 points for every CNY80 for a restaurant and bar. One Harmony points can be exchanged for excellent goods and services, including free accommodation, room upgrade, breakfast and hotel facility use, dining, and original goods.

3. Rich Benefits at Individual Hotels

In addition to benefits, services and rewards common to all hotels under the loyalty program, such as quick check-in and free newspaper delivery, each hotel also offers unique benefits, including special discounts at spas, gyms, pools and restaurants.

Moreover, JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members can earn JAL mileage points as they make reservations for the "J-SMART" accommodation plan available at NHI/HJC hotels in addition to "One Harmony" points.

4. Rich Courtesy Coupon Services

"One Harmony" members will receive special coupons, offered depending on usage record, including a 50% suite or deluxe room discount coupon and a birthday cake coupon for use at a restaurant in celebration of a member's and his or her family member's birthday.

5. As Members Use More, Their Status Rises and So Do Benefits and Services

As "One Harmony" members use the program more, their status will rise to the high-level Loyal Member and eventually to the highest-level Exclusive Member. Loyal and Exclusive members will be able to earn more points under the reward program (25% extra bonus points for the Loyal Member and 50% for the Exclusive Member) in addition to JMB bonus miles (10% extra miles for the Loyal Member and 30% for the Exclusive Member) offered for "J-SMART" accommodation at NHI/HJC hotels. High-level members will also be able to enjoy rich benefits and services, including early check-in, late check-out and room upgrade, in proportion to membership status.

6. Bonus Points Campaign in Celebration of "One Harmony" Launch

A "One Harmony" bonus points campaign will be held from April 1 (Monday) to June 30 (Sunday), 2013, in celebration of its launch. As members book rooms through the Hotel Okura-JAL Hotels Global reservation centers or on the OHR or JHC brand website and stay at any of the hotels during the period, they will earn an extra 50 points per reservation. This is a great opportunity for you to register "One Harmony" membership and enjoy its replete benefits and services.
