【北京2014年3月6日PRN＝共同JBN】中国に戦略本社を置く世界的なコンサルティングおよびITサービス・プロバイダーのPactera Technology International Ltd.（NASDAQ:PACT）と、インドネシアの大手IT・ソフトウエアコンサルティング会社のJatis Groupは6日、新しい合弁会社Pactera-Jatis Indonesia（PJI）を立ち上げたと発表した。

両社はインドネシア投資調整庁（BKPM）の事業認可を得て、PJIを正式に設立する。両社の力を基盤とするPJIは、この地域での大手グローバルプレーヤーとして、目標とする業界向けにソリューションを開発する。PJIの設立はPacteraにインドネシアでのニアショア開発力をもたらし、中国本土にある国際的なデリバリーセンターを補完する。アジア太平洋地域の顧客にサービスするだけでなく、東南アジアの成長経済へ参入を目指す世界的企業にとっては、信頼できるワンストップセンターになる。
