G-7 Holdings Inc. (Tokyo Stock Exchange code: 7508) announced on November 25 that its Malaysian subsidiary based in Kuala Lumpur, G7 Retail Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., will open motorcycle goods store "Bike Seven Klang Sentral" on November 27.

Bike Seven is a motorcycle goods chain, with nine stores in Japan, run by the G-7 Group. Bike Seven Klang Sentral will be the second Bike Seven store in Malaysia.  

Klang City is a bedroom suburb of the capital city of Kuala Lumpur, with many of its residents choosing to ride motorcycle to skirt traffic congestion. Cashing in on such demand, the Bike Seven store is located in the premises of Autobacs Klang Sentral, a car parts store run by the G-7 Group, aiming at the synergy effect of customer mobilization by selling parts and accessories for both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.

The store will also serve as a brick-and-mortar showroom for the online shopping site that the G-7 Group started on October 1, 2014, allowing customers to confirm what are sold on the web.
