建築家ノーマン・フォスター氏が設計した本社ビルは、市場のグローバル化に重点を置くCepsaのビジネスモデルの変革を反映しています。高さ248メートルの建物の上階からは、パセオ・デ・ラ・カステラナ、パーク・デル・レティーロ、サンティアゴ・ベルナベウスタジアムなどマドリードで最も象徴的なロケーションを含めた同市らしい風景を見渡せます。

Cepsaは、炭化水素バリューチェーン全体を取り込んだ統合ビジネスモデルを推進しています。この統合によって、同社は、企業としてより柔軟にかつ迅速な対応能力を備えて行動することが可能になります。

    - Designed by the architect Norman Foster, it is one of the country's most

    - Cepsa began its transformation process in 2011, following the acquisition

of 100% of the company by IPIC  

    Cepsa Tower, the company's new corporate headquarters that houses almost

2,000 people, is Spain's second tallest building and represents the

materialization of Cepsa's growth and internationalization strategy of in

recent years, following the entry of International Petroleum Investment Company

(IPIC), as sole shareholder.

    The headquarters, designed by the architect Norman Foster, reflects the

transformation of Cepsa's business model to focus on an increasingly

international market. Its height, at 248 metres, provides a unique view of

Madrid from its upper floors, taking in some of the city's most emblematic

locations such as the Paseo de la Castellana, the Parque del Retiro and the

Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

    Cepsa today operates an integrated business model spanning the entire

hydrocarbon value chain. This integration allows the company to act with

greater flexibility and the ability to respond quickly as a business.

    Transformation of our working models  

    As a result of this transformation process, Cepsa has established new ways

of working based on innovation and improvements in productivity.

    The new working model includes providing Cepsa's employees with the latest

technology, allowing them to perform their work digitally from any place in the

office and prioritise productivity over presence via flexible schedules and

remote working, the implementation of common processes, optimization of space,

etc.

    This new way of working has already been installed at our Barcelona offices

and the Shanghai petrochemical plant inaugurated in April, and it will spread

progressively throughout the rest of the company's centers and plants, for

example in Lisbon.
