The Prince Park Tower Tokyo in the Shiba-Koen area of Tokyo will offer a high-end accommodation plan, dubbed "Fu Lai Lai," with a room charge starting from 560,000 yen (about U.S. $4,887) per night from Jan. 27 to Feb. 4, 2017, targeting wealthy foreign tourists visiting Japan during the Lunar New Year holiday season. The plan, named after the Chinese expression "good luck coming," comes with a bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothschild, classified as one of the Premier Grand Cru wines of the Medoc region of Bordeaux, France, since the Paris Exposition in 1855.

Visitors under the Fu Lai Lai plan will be ushered to a 220 sq. m. suit room where they can celebrate the Lunar New Year with a bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothschild delivered by an exclusive butler.

Even the room charge, 566,888 yen, only comprises figures 5, 6 and 8 considered to be lucky in the greater China region. Five comes from "Wufu" or five blessings, six from "Liu Liu Da Shun" or things go smoothly, and eight from "Fa Cai" or acquire wealth.
