【ウェッテレン（ベルギー）2017年10月25日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】Granules OmniChem Limited（GOC）は2017年9月22日、米国食品医薬品局（FDA）から施設査察報告書（EIR）を受領した。FDAの査察官2人が2016年12月5日から9日まで5日間にわたって現場査察を無事に実施していた。これは、主要製薬企業の商用注文生産製品に対する承認前査察（PAI）だった。

GOCは2011年、味の素オムニケム社（Ajinomoto OmniChem）とGranules India Ltd.が50%ずつ出資する合弁企業として設立された。インドのビシャカパトナム（バイザック）で操業する受託研究製造（CRAMS）企業で、世界の多くの主要製薬企業にサービスを提供している。施設はこれら主要製薬企業による多くの品質監査に合格してきた。

Granules OmniChem Limited announces receipt of Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US-FDA

On the 22nd September 2017 Granules OmniChem Limited (GOC) received the

Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US-FDA following the successful

on-site inspection that had been carried out over five days from the 5th to the

9th December 2016 by two US-FDA Investigators. This was a Pre-Approval

Inspection (PAI) for a commercial custom manufactured product of a leading

pharmaceutical company.

GOC was established in 2011 as a 50:50 joint venture between Ajinomoto OmniChem

and Granules India Ltd. It is a CRAMS business with operations in Vizag, India,

from where it serves a number of the world's leading pharma companies. The site

has undergone numerous successful quality audits by these leading

pharmaceutical companies.
