TS Kelly Asia Pacificは「PERSOLKELLY」への社名変更と、2020年までにアジア太平洋全体で規模を3倍増することを目指すと発表した。PERSOLKELLYは、総合的なエンドツーエンドHR（人的資源）ソリューションを提供するアジア太平洋地域における最大級の人材サービス企業である。PERSOLKELLYの社名は、日本で2位の人材サービス企業であるパーソルホールディングス（PERSOL Holdings、旧テンプホールディングス）と、人材ソリューションにおける世界的リーダーであるケリーサービス（Kelly Services）の合弁事業であることを反映したものだ。

PERSOLKELLYの山崎高之最高経営責任者（CEO）は今回の社名変更とビジョンについて、「当社の目標は、シームレスな世界最高の人材ソリューションを提供するアジア太平洋地域における大手人材サービス・ブランドとなることである。これを実現するために、アジア太平洋地域のコンサルタント数を現在の1000人超から2020年までに3000人超に増やし当社の規模を3倍にしたいと考えている。当社はまた、高成長国でのマーケット・カバレッジの拡大にも取り組んでいる」と語った。
