【ニューヨーク2019年2月15日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】外国為替スポット市場の主要運営会社FastMatch, Inc.と同社の創業者で前最高経営責任者（CEO）のドミトリ・ガリノフ氏は15日、同氏がFastMatchと同社の親会社Euronext USに起こしていた訴訟を円満に解決したと発表した。和解条件では、どの当事者も責任や不正を認めていない。

和解は同社とその従業員、顧客の利益を最優先したものである。FastMatchのケビン・ウルフCEO（ガリノフ氏の後任）はFastMatchの国際顧客ベースへのサービスと事業の成長を重視し続ける。ガリノフ氏は2018年6月6日に退社し、他の関心事に従事している。

FastMatch And Former CEO, Dmitri Galinov, Confirm Settlement Agreement

NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire=KYODO JBN/ --

FastMatch, Inc., a leading foreign exchange spot market operator, and Dmitri

Galinov, a founder and former Chief Executive Officer of the company, today

announced that they have amicably resolved the lawsuit filed by Mr. Galinov

against FastMatch and its parent company, Euronext US. Under the terms of the

settlement, neither party admits any liability or wrongdoing.

The settlement is in the best interests of the company, its employees and

clients. FastMatch CEO, Kevin Wolf, who replaced Mr. Galinov, continues to

focus on serving FastMatch's international client base, and growing the

business. Mr. Galinov left the company on 6 June, 2018 and is pursuing other

interests.
