24歳のトラバース氏は過去5回、FIA FIコンストラクターズ（製造者）世界王者になったメルセデスAMG・ペトロナス・モータースポーツ（https://www.mercedesamgf1.com/en/mercedes-amg-f1 ）に、2019年シーズン中の包括的なフルードサポートサービスを提供する。

7000人以上が応募し、最後にはPLI Group最高経営責任者（CEO）であるジュゼッペ・ダリゴ氏との面接という5段階の厳格な選考プロセスが行われた。

successful candidate following its global search for a new Trackside Fluid Engineer.

    After over 7000 applications, there was a rigorous five stage selection

process, culminating in an interview with PLI Group Chief Executive Officer,

Giuseppe D'Arrigo.
