【トストルプ（デンマーク）2019年3月29日 PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】プライベートエクイティーファンドのAltor Fund IV（「Altor」）が過半数を保有するポートフォリオ企業のNorican Global A/S（「Norican Group」）は、新任の社長兼最高経営責任者（CEO）の採用を発表する。アンダース・ビルヘルム（Anders Wilhjelm）氏は2019年4月1日（月）にNorican Groupに加わり、取締役会会長のジャンマルク・ルシェーヌ氏に直属する。

アンダース・ビルヘルム氏は幅広いライン管理・運営の専門知識、そして取締役としての関連する経験をNorican Groupにもたらす。ビルヘルム氏はCarlsberg A/Sとマッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニーで経歴を開始した後、10年間勤務したDanisco A/Sで国際リーダーシップの担務で一連の昇進を果たし、最終的には執行副社長になった。Daniscoの後、ビルヘルム氏は約20億ユーロの収益をあげる世界的なプロジェクト事業のGEA Process Engineeringで社長兼CEOを6年務めた。同氏の直近のリーダーとしての役割はSolar A/SにおけるグループCEOだった。同氏は経営上の経験を拡大し、Biomar A/S、DAT-Schaub A/S、Tresu Group A/S、BIMobject AB（会長）における現在の取締役の立場を含め、取締役としての関連する経験をNorican Groupにもたらす。

Norican Global A/S ("Norican Group"), a majority-owned portfolio company of the

private equity fund Altor Fund IV ("Altor"), is pleased to announce the hiring

of a new President and CEO.  Mr. Anders Wilhjelm will join the Norican Group on

Monday April 1, 2019, reporting to Mr. Jean-Marc Lechêne, the Chairman of the Board.   

Anders Wilhjelm brings to Norican Group a breadth of line management

operational expertise and relevant board experience. After starting his career

in Carlsberg A/S and McKinsey & Co., Anders spent ten years in a series of

escalating international leadership roles within Danisco A/S ending as

Executive Vice President. After Danisco, Anders spent the next six years as

President & CEO of GEA Process Engineering, a global project business of close

to €2 billion in revenue. His most recent leadership role was as Group CEO of

Solar A/S.  Augmenting his operational experience, Anders also brings relevant

board experience to the Group, including current board positions in Biomar A/S,

DAT-Schaub A/S, Tresu Group A/S and BIMobject AB (Chairman).
