Waseda, Peking* and Korea U. students perform social issues and solutions in East Asia

Students from Waseda, Peking* and Korea Universities who are participating in the CAMPUS Asia Spring Intensive Program, running from February 3 to 10, 2020 at Waseda University, will be giving group presentations on the final product of their work, a proposal of an innovative solution for common social issues in East Asia.
Students will explore together acute and common social problems in East Asia , such as widening social disparities, by visiting various communities in Tokyo; observe, digest and interpret their field experience during the intensive program and its field trips and interviews with local counterparts in Tokyo; and undergo intensive group work activities including a four-day performing arts session. On the final day of the program, they will present their innovation project proposal by using performing arts methods.
We invite anyone interested to attend the group presentations.
*Due to ongoing response measures against the coronavirus in China, the participation of Peking University has been suspended as of January 27, 2020.
