The Executive Centre Announces the Opening of Its Centre at World Trade Center Building South Tower

The Executive Centre (TEC), Asia Pacific’s leading flexible workspace solutions provider in the premium and corporate sector, announced the opening of its Centre at World Trade Center Building South Tower next April 2021.


Operating in Japan since 2001, the country is one of the company’s core market with 7 Centres in Tokyo and 1 Centre in Yokohama. This newest centre is part of a strategy to build out TEC’s footprint in Minato-ku business area in addition to the existing Roppongi Hills North Tower Centre as TEC has observed an increasing demand for flexible workspace in this area.

 


The new Executive Centre is located on the 17th floor of the World Trade Center Building South Tower, situated in the heart of the city’s central business district. The Centre will feature all the signature TEC elements that is shared amongst their 135+ global Centres whilst embracing a distinctive and unique look and feel that pays homage to traditional local Japanese culture. Design features combine modern interpretations of traditional Japanese elements through details such as wooden room dividers, pattern walls and vintage furnishings by British designer Timothy Oulton.

 


Signature Executive Centre features include Herman Miller erogonomic chairs; height-adjustable 9am workstations, Cisco telecommunication system, Salto intelligent locking and access system, etc. This Centre also incorporates innovative technology to elevate and support its Members’ operations. For instance, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology that integrates presentation and collaborative functions for virtual meetings and conferences, as well as the use of magic glass windows that switch between transparent and opaque walls at the push of a button. TEC Members and their guests can also enjoy fresh coffee at the in-Centre barista bar.
