About Kyobashi Edogrand’s development

The “Town Development Review Committee” was created in 2001 in Kyobashi 2-chome West District, an area that regardless of its privileged location in the proximity of Tokyo Station, was poor of office buildings for rent and, aiming to turn the area into Tokyo’s new gate, it started to investigate redevelopment possibilities.

The Committee became the mind of the operation and, over a period of 15 years, while obtaining permissions from all the rightsholders, was finally able to build the structure as part of a “co-creation-based redevelopment” project.
