NX Logistics India Opens Warehouse in Bengaluru for Business with Zepto, One of India's Largest Emerging Q-commerce Companies

NX Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter "NX Logistics India"), a group company of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC., has opened a new warehouse in Hoskote in eastern Bengaluru and launched operations there with Zepto, one of India's largest emerging quick-commerce companies.

Zepto is a startup company founded in 2021 to provide a 10-minute delivery service for everything from groceries to toys, and it has since grown to become one of India's largest quick-commerce companies. NX Logistics India provides a wide range of logistics services in India, and its logistics know-how, combined with Zepto's innovative business model, will add new value to the Indian logistics industry.

Boasting a total area of 16,608m2, the newly opened warehouse enjoys ready access to major transport networks by virtue of its location in eastern Bengaluru. It will be used for the storage and distribution of food, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and household goods, and staffed by a team dedicated to maintaining high operational standards in all warehouse operations, including receiving/shipping, picking and packing. The warehouse will also utilize data analytics to optimize logistics workflow and help strengthen Zepto’s supply chains in the Bengaluru area.

An opening ceremony for the new warehouse was held on Monday, December 9, 2024, to celebrate the establishment of this new partnership, and was attended by Zepto President Vinay Dhanani, Madhusudhan G., chairman of real estate partner Sumadhura, and Teruaki Nagoya, NX Group India representative.

The NX Group will be further expanding its logistics functions in India as well as international transport services utilizing its global network to help customers enhance their business activities and thereby realize its long-term vision of becoming a logistics company with a strong presence in the global market.
