On September 15, the 2026 Xiliu Market Import and Export Commodity Fair, organized by the Haicheng Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Liaoning Province, opened in Xiliu Town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province. This event is anchored at the forefront of Northeast China's opening-up efforts, focusing on the internationalization and digital transformation of the textile and apparel industry. It serves as a global platform for trade matchmaking and fashion exchange, helping Northeast China's light industry sector integrate more deeply into the international market.

As a key textile and apparel distribution hub in northern China, Xiliu Town has a mature, comprehensive industrial-chain support system. Leveraging policy advantages brought by Market Procurement Trade and cross-border e-commerce, the town exports its products to more than 120 countries and regions worldwide, serving as an important gateway for the integrated development of domestic and international trade in Northeast China.

The event covers an exhibition area of 8,000 square meters and brings together 300 high-quality enterprises as exhibitors, showcasing a range of distinctive products, including high-end fabrics and accessories, trendy apparel, and cultural and creative products featuring intangible cultural heritage. During the event, the annual fashion trends will also be unveiled, alongside multiple co-branded fashion shows, vividly showcasing innovative design achievements such as new Chinese-style fashion and ice and snow apparel.
