- A/W 2016 New Products Launched at Shanghai Event Themed "Fearless Beauty" -

The SHISEIDO Group's high-prestige brand "Cle de Peau Beaute" (CPB) hosted an autumn/winter 2016 global press conference with the theme of "Fearless Beauty" at Shanghai's Fairmont Peace Hotel on June 16. Amanda Seyfried, the brand's muse, appeared at the opening. The products presented are part of a makeup collection conceived by Lucia Pieroni, Makeup Creative Director for Cle de Peau Beaute, through inspiration by Tamara de Lempicka, a memorable female artist of the Art Deco period.

- Traveling back to the "Roaring Twenties" in Paris

The Fairmont Peace Hotel, first opened in 1929, when Tamara de Lempicka was at her most active. The new makeup lineup was displayed in a manner evocative of a '20s society salon.

- Amanda Seyfried praises her favorite: New Liquid Rouge #18.

Amanda spoke of the theme, "Fearless Beauty." "I feel great affinity with women who live strong, bold lives, like Tamara de Lempicka." She also suggested the New Liquid Rouge #18 (Lempicka Red) encourages a feeling of "Fearless Beauty."

- Collaboration with contemporary artist Ashley Longshore

Since 2013, CPB's Holiday Collection has come from collaboration with young designers who exemplify the ideals of CPB. For 2016, collaboration is with Ashley Longshore.

- 15 years from CPB's launch in China: Announcing the "New Skincare"

With the 15th anniversary in China, the new skincare line for simultaneous global launch in 2016 was announced in the Mandarin Oriental Pudong Shanghai.
