2017 Waseda-IAC International e-Government Rankings Japan rises from 5th to 4th
Waseda University, in cooperation with the International Academy of CIOs (IAC), has released its annual international e-government rankings for 2017. The 2017 ranking survey marks Singapore staying at first place, followed by Denmark in 2nd USA in 3rd and Japan in 4th place.

Singapore tops the list again, Japan rises from 5th to 4th
Tokyo – Waseda University, in cooperation with the International Academy of CIOs (IAC), has released its annual international e-government rankings for 2017.
The 2017 ranking survey marks Singapore staying at first place, followed by Denmark in 2nd USA in 3rd and Japan in 4th place. Estonia is 5th, Canada 6th, New Zealand 7th, South Korea 8th, United Kingdom 9th and Taiwan 10th.
This publication represents the thirteenth year of the global e-government survey by the team led by Professor Toshio OBI, Director of the Waseda University Institute of e-Government, along with experts at 10 other IAC member universities worldwide.
